Basically it means that AI is threatening the security of everything on the internet right now because it's getting so good at hacking. But he believes that this will change in 18 months because AI will be writing unhackable code. I'm highly skeptical of the last part.

I always loved seeing him in anything, from Alien to Dead Zone to Poison Ivy (lol) to being a huge asshole judge on Law & Order SVU. Another one of the greats. RIP, king.
