Chicago Council of Lawyers President Rob Held warned ICE agents and federal officials that they must uphold the law. He spoke at a press conference about the civil lawsuit he filed a lawsuit against Adam Saracco, the ICE agent who recently pleaded guilty to battery for his attack against Held.
