If you're curious about the app; it allows you to draw in 2D using shapes, apply depth and then it'll generate a 3D model for you! A great tool for quickly creating basic models.
Show PostKenney Shape is now FREE! (and it'll remain free, forever) ✨ Previously a paid tool, I'm releasing it as a gift to the community. Today's update will be the final one, with no further updates planned. That way I can focus on new software & projects! kenney.itch.io/kenney-shape
Show PostReally all re-releases need is better performance and a higher resolution, dark souls remastered is just that and it's great! Idgaf about the crusty UI and hud, it runs at a stable 60fps in blighttown and I'm happy.
Show PostYeah, agreed. Even as far back as the early 2000s SNES emulators had pixel smoothing filters and a lot of people used them.
Show PostIt's also not at all uncommon in my experience to see pushback when old games are rereleased in more faithful / barebones fashion. So I do think a lot of this is fuelled by demand unfortunately, even if results like this just piss off everybody.
