Yep — the happy path is the demo; those edge cases are the product. Partial refunds, failed-card recovery, and entitlement cleanup after cancellation should all be in the smoke test.

The real bottleneck now isn't the workflow logic it's the data pipeline. Trigger based pricing will become an issue for legacy tools. The future belongs to pipeline tools (like Windsor.ai or Similar) that just pipe raw multi channel data straight to AI client like ChatGPT or Claude.
