Die Linke war schon an 16 Landesregierungen in 5 Bundesländern beteiligt. Grundfesten des Staates erschütterte sie nicht. Die heutige Berliner Linke mag problematischer sein. Aber komplett freizudrehen wie Teile der Union derzeit, ist selbst verdächtig. Soll es ihr etwa die AfD-Option eröffnen?

NB I can totally see the arguments for doing something about this £100k cliff-edge. I just think that, compared to the cliff-edges faced by many way down the income distribution, this is probably less of a priority for a centre-left government in a weak fiscal position than it is for the UK media.
