Stupidly grateful that my brain looked at the “soft GI” food list and realized that if ground meat, cooked down vegetables/fruits, and pasta are all fine, I could make spaghetti and meatballs for dinner. Which I did. Not-quite-Sunday-gravy simmering away. Soon I get a bowl of comfort for dinner.
