I'm a white person and holy smokes, that Converse ad was blatant. I know there could not have been a black person on their marketing team, but no white person saw what I saw immediately? That's insane. Or maybe there's a problem with the white people there. People need to lose their jobs over that.

I try to remember… Just like when I was out there… Even in #sobriety … I’m doing the best I can with the information I have now. Hindsight is 20/20… but we don’t live looking in the rearview mirror… Go easy on yourself…
