I think sometimes progressive people had a kind of sadistic response to the whole incel thing by saying "man up" or "you're a loser" but in a feminist sounding way. I don't buy the idea that feminism or social justice failed incels but I do think that happened

I could never fully latch onto incel ideology when I was younger partially because a lot of those guys have such shallow ambitions. they genuinely want to marry the prom queen and live a boring suburban 1950s life. I'm not into that boring conservative bullshit

I know this is a calling water wt statement but a lot of them are so so so dumb and bigoted. I sympathize with a lot of aspects of their plight but I couldn't connect to their bland stupidity
