TBH, I don’t think it sounds like Satie at all. Satie’s music eschews functional harmony and leaves a huge amount of rhythmic interpretation up to the performer. This song has a mostly standard chord structure, and the only bit of “performer interpretation” is a calculated slowdown every eight bars.
