Pelinka either just secured 2 titles for the Lakers or threw their assets out the window. Williams has struggled with injuries his whole career and still needs to learn how to anchor a defensive system, but his skill set is incredible for a rim roller playing with Luka & Bron.

Something really interesting last night was how often the Lakers ran off misses. They turned 60.7% (!) of Portland’s misses into transition chances. I think quickened pace is one way they may be able to alleviate some of the playmaking loss with Dlo and ease the stress on Austin/LeBron.
