wild how they track source rows instead of businesses for hvac data, makes you wonder what the numbers actually mean when it's not tied to real shops. feels like counting puzzle pieces instead of the picture.

That may be overstating it: 65% say they'll use AI to find a product, but only about a third would trust an agent to finish the purchase for them. Being cited in a ChatGPT answer gets you considered, but it doesn't necessarily get you the sale.
