@Plusnet Something seriously wrong with your customer service. You can't get thru' unless you wait 1 hour and online chat system unavailable

Plusnet are surprisingly bad at bereavement. No dedicated line, just had account restricted because John died while a bill was about to happen (several days away tho otherwise I'd have delayed the bank freeze) and their systems can't switch to a new payment method immediately
