I do also think Biden personally being committed to trans rights (absolutely more so than Corbyn, probably than Miliband) and /being in government/ (both as VP and President) probably had more impact than people realise

i do get why a lot of people worry about Dems turning into Labour but i really do think people need to keep into consideration that a lot of Labour's behavior is driven by a wrong analysis of why they lost elections under Milliband and then Corbyn
