Thanks for the reply. I spoke with a CS rep and explained everything in detail, giving specifics of my testing and the discrepancies in the packaging. I hope that helps you all. The CS rep was helpful and apologetic, and a refund has already been issued. It is a huge manufacturer issue, I am aware.

Sorry, yeah, I know you also sell proper machines, I've done business with you all for decades. I just thought it was a very Wal-Mart thing of you to still be offering someone a 16GB version and calling it a gaming PC. (16's plenty of RAM for a non-gamer, to be clear.)
