Avoid interstate 81 and take the (checks notes) paid turnpike. If the turnpike from the summit to WB was free 81 would be a much nicer drive. Back when I had the daily commute I bought an EZ Pass and would check the traffic before leaving WB and heading home to Scranton. Saved me so much time.
