My first scheduled all-night session with the Dwarf Mini while I slept. It was like Christmas morning waking up to see what I’d gotten! North American Nebula, Andromeda Galaxy, Triangulum, Rosette Nebula, Horsehead and Flame Nebulas, Orion and Running Man, and Jupiter and moons just for kicks.
Show PostNo blame. I just appreciate the new workflow!
Show PostFor comparison, the first image is from this morning with the Dwarf Mini. About ten minutes of setup, 75 minutes of run time and five minutes of processing/editing. On the right, from 2021 on my old rig, was probably 45 minutes of setup, 1hr of imaging and three to five hours of processing/editing.
Show PostAnd here’s the timelapse with the Dwarf Mini
Show PostI got my images off the camera and did a little cropping and "timelapse-ing". Occultation of Jupiter by the Moon this morning seen from Williamsburg VA. Fujifilm X-T4, XF150-600mm, 1.4TC. Cropped in Darktable, Animated in VideoPad.
