These PHP vulnerabilities are rated at the highest severity level possible by the CVE scoring system, if a number higher than 10.0 were possible this would certainly warrant it. Good on SEPTA for jumping on this immediately.

Meta released Muse Spark Open, an 816B-parameter model with 42B active parameters that can run locally on two Mac Studios. We’re reaching the point where increasingly capable AI models can run on hardware you own instead of requiring access to a cloud provider. That’s a big deal for AI economics.
