On Indigenous Peoples’ Day, I want to honor the people of the land I live on, the Nisenan. Between 1833 & 1870, the culture & people were entirely destroyed by plague, persecution, & ethnic cleansing. We must never forget those whose land we stole & the people still facing systemic racism.

WHICH BRINGS ME TO Game #40 - Gears of War E-Day I'm not as into Gears as I used to be, enjoyed it as a kid but didn't keep up. Loved this game though, enjoyable combat, surprisingly well-written but minor performance issues and pacing holds it back from being truly excellent.

I'm bad at math, Resonant was actually 38 as shown below.

Game #1: Dishonored I'll do my best to keep this all to one thread as I've seen others do. It makes keeping track of the games I played this year simpler. Anyways, I enjoyed this game. It's not the masterpiece others seem to feel it is but I'm also not huge into stealth. Still great!

Game #6: Romeo is a Deadman Gameplay can be clunky, the camera can be too close, you can get stun-locked, it feels like there's input delay, and the story as well as the characters are confusing and not very interesting (ironically). But what an experience. Overall, I loved it, despite its flaws.
