What a day! Rufous-tailed Robin showed briefly but well at South Landing early, then Radde's Warbler with Firecrest, Yellow-browed Warblers and Bramblings at Thornwick. Then a stunning Isabelline Wheatear and Red-tailed/Isabelline Shrike completed the lineup. #ukbirding #birds #BirdsSeenIn2026
Show PostPortland Day 9 - Hours of toil in the lee of the Island around the East Weares, it's always a last resort normally but today the only option, although very enjoyable rock hopping, very little to see. A Snow Bunting below the obs and a Caspian Gull below Culverwell made up for the last few days!
