I'm coping with that lack of progress a lot better since I started seeing my current therapist. However, I still want to finish this book. I think it deserves to have its day in the sun. It deserves its audience.

I think the best part of today was feeling, for the first time in ages, like hey, I can actually *finish* writing this book. I won't get into the details of my mental health over the last few months, but you can probably read into why this is a big deal for me, not just as a writer, but as a person.

I'm rereading what I've written so far, making small edits along the way. I don't know if I'm gonna do much beyond that, at least today. But it has been a good reminder that, goddamn, I'm a pretty great writer.
