It's not good enough to just complain on social media. Sometimes you just gotta show up and make calls to the people in charge otherwise you're just as ignorable as if you didn't exist in the first place.

Like the only way I was able to get better pay at work was to get involved in the union. It is frustrating and is a lot of bs but thats how the dang sausage gets made without violence.

No I'm not gonna shut up about how important it is to vote. Even if it's not perfect it's the only system we have right now and the only way we change it is to participate. It's important to contact your reps and vote. Full stop. We can't just passively live our lives and expect things to get better
