However as the situation has developed it appears that the issue has taken on gendered and transphobi/transmedic overtones. By invalidating all bodies (whether trans/non-binary or cis). 7/7

It would have been nice to maintain the characters' diversity (as you quite rightly pointed out we don’t know their actual sizes but having one slightly smaller than the other would have got the point across). 6/7

Silco, Jinx, Cait and Mel have slimmer longer fingers while Vander, Vi, Sevika and Ambessa have thicker shorter fingers. If you compare them Jayce’s fingers will be smaller than Ambessa’s but larger than Jinx’s (regardless of gender). 5/7

but it’s true that people can have different sizes because every body is different and valid. It’s true that the characters’ hand sizes aren’t specified in Arcane but there are still differences in size. 4/7

People don’t have standard hand sizes divided by gender, and it is fair to call it bigoted that in real life the smallest size is referred to as the ‘women’s size’ (this is the same issue with toxic gender roles I was talking about, for both cis and trans people) 3/7
