#Pasta is easy: one cup of tipo 00 flour( or strong bread flour) plus one egg plus pinch of salt. I used double these quantities today and added a tbsp of polenta. It’s a dry dough that needs plenty of working: by hand but mostly by the pasta machine, as you roll it from 1 to 8👨🏽‍🍳 #foodsky 🍝

We’ve been to so many Asian restaurants over the years the years and I can’t remember we’ve ever been served lamb; yet the internet is full of Asian style lamb dishes.
