Based on some of the discourse I’ve seen tonight, some of y’all would’ve felt empathy when Robert E. Lee died too. Some of you might’ve even applauded when slaveowners got reparations. Because racism isn’t real for you, you can push aside my humanity to empathize with those who want us dead.
