Submitted a paper today led by ⭐️ UG Ethan Vlemmix. Serial sarcomerogenesis does not occur following a single bout of maximal eccentric exercise and therefore does not contribute to the initial repeated bout effect Results are predictable but highlight the multifaceted nature of the RBE. #MyoBlue
