Right? I had to explain this once to my supervisor - the phrase "You don't pay us enough to put up with the bullshit around here' provides 2 potential solutions. We'd prefer less bullshit, not necessarily more money.

I volunteer at my town's fix-it clinic doing textile and clothing repairs and love teaching people about this kind of thing. People bring in very well-loved natural fiber items and I can easily give them years of new life. Cheap poly knits are ubiquitous but cheap for a reason.

Enjoyed seeing this woman's work. Sustainability isn't just about producer decisions, but also consumer decisions, namely their willingness to repair things when needed. This type of repair is easier on natural fibers, rather than stretch fabrics. Consider that when shoppping. IG loosethreadsrepair
