But I got weighed at the doctor too, and they gave me a weight that was like 60 pounds lighter. Problem is, my scare does tare to zero, as did theirs. So it's off by a percentage? Like relative to the weight, rather than additive. Like, I just bought this thing a year ago, it shouldn't be like this.
Show Post10 pounds ~ 4.5 Kilograms 60 pounds ~ 27.2 Kilograms Should have included this while writing, but didn't have space, nor did it cross my mind. (Hope it made sense without the exact numbers).
Show PostSo I think my scale might be fucked up. I stopped weighing for a while, and started again about a month ago. Anyway, yesterday, I weighed myself, and I was like ~10 pounds shy of HW, and kinda flipped out.
Show Post91-164 pounds (41-74 Kg)... 12.9-23.2 BMI. Remember, for a second that my GW1 and GW2 are in this range. UGW is outside it, but I digress. I literally don't need to lose fat (yet).. My body would, quite literally, be healthier if I lost muscle.
Show PostTW: Numbers. I checked my body fat percentage again today. And for women, a healthy body fat percentage ranges from 14-25 (10-32 are technically safe, but not healthy). Anyway, I decided to calculate what my weight would be if I had a healthy body fat percentage, for my current body fat total.
