This morning's wake up has upset me with a realization I don't know what to do with. I'm so used to my muscles waking me up with extreme spasms and twisting that I don't even make a peep. Just writhing silently in the dark so as not to disturb anyone, trying desperately to unknot myself.

Before every flight I take, I practice landing the plane in question on Microsoft Flight Simulator, you know. Just in case. And of course every time I secretly hope my moment will come when both pilots pass out or whatever. It never has.
