The poll makes interesting reading. The divide between Rep and Dem is very stark (which is interesting as an observer from the UK because we (a) regard both parties as being 'on the right' and (b) were open-mouthed when the R's described Kamala as a 'communist'). The male-female gap is notable too

Both Rs and Indys are less supportive of treatment of fed employees than the general DOGE support. Indys by more. I suppose impact on Fed employees is more tangible, hence they respond more negatively to it.
