Thnx. My pushback on ur evidence (Spains exemptions/Norway’s rate hike) shows badly designed/unilateral wealth taxes fail not that the concept does. Switzerland raises real revenue 4decades. If flight is the risk the fix is better design/coordination not abandoning the goal of a less divided country

The bigger question your piece skips is if the wealthy keep opting out and the poor keep struggling, that’s not a growth argument, it’s a social cohesion one. “It failed here” should mean “design it better,” not “don’t bother.”. And all I heard from you LOUDLY was “wealth taxes don’t work”
