yeah. there is plenty of leaked IP on GitHub (e.g. nt5src's a good example) and we can assume that all modern LLMs are trained on ~all of GitHub I also guarantee that >99% of LLM decomps are straight from the code and are not clean-room; the only exception I'm aware of is gravitylinux.org

The fact that China is fucking up its fiscal situation as badly as the US is is truly astonishing to me. They have been given an immensely rare historical opportunity and they're blowing it. Truly, the contest for primacy in the 21st century is just "stop maiming yourself for one goddamn second".
