i firmly believe in rewarding yourself with small, tangible treats (a nice spice mix! a good smelling tea! a comfy throw blanket!) for any achievements including continuing to be alive for another day

the only rule to Little Treats is they can't be directly related to your work (a comfy chair or ergonomic keyboard are great but these are Work Accomodations not Little Treats). a Little Treat must be sensory and/or frivolous and make you happy. like a cookie or a full weatherproof cloak
