I think fully stepping away from "go go go make make make" for a bit did me a bit more good than I thought it would I've still been denied/ignored in regards to recieving mental aid but a small reset of my mindset and time to digest everything has done me good Back to work soon~

Many years ago, I was was in the middle of reaching into the fridge when I heard my dog gagging. It was so bad that we rushed to the vet's office. Dog survived, but the fridge door was left open the entire time. I think I fried the fridge as well as losing the food.

I did the exact same thing and I had just come back from a road trip to an Italian deli that sells their frozen lasagnas, sauces, pastas, soups etc. and stocked that freezer with our haul. Idk what lesson I was supposed to learn from this one.
