I went three days without drinking Diet Coke and, surprisingly, I was fine. I've had two cans of Diet Coke today and I feel like my brain has been massaged by the hand of god and that general feeling of dread that's been buzzing in my entire body for three days went away.

Expertise can't be fully flowcharted. It's dynamic. The flowchart would never end, and as soon as you write it down the rules would change, the next case will bring new factors that would require a new sub-sub-sub-sub-subsection to particular parts of the flowchart. It's all harder than they think.
