It’s the same as so much art: making me *hate* your character is better than feeling nothing at all about them! Swing big, be decisive. With good groups, failures and bad ideas are just more fodder for story!

I need to stop playing D&D with people-pleasers who are too afraid to “take the mic” or steal the spotlight and let their little freak make decisions. This isn’t even about my current game, it’s a habit I’ve seen across many games. People get analysis paralysis and want to do the “right thing.”
