This is very good. I cannot emphasise how bluntly and starkly the "development" of East Manchester stops at the perimeter of the Etihad complex. Beyond that maybe 3 blocks of yuppie flats and a new tram, stop. Clayton, Beswick, and Openshaw are still extremely and visibly old school poor.

Geneva is a terrible place. It’s like imagine if an entire city was an airport WH Smith. The prices are not normal I don’t believe any real people actually live there
