My first deep sky image since 12/6! For me, M42 is visible for 2.5 hours as it passes between 2 trees. I collected exposures over the last 2 clear nights, despite many things going wrong. I managed to salvage 144, 15s exposures through RGB filters. M42 is a very forgiving target. #astrophotography
