An interesting discussion! I don’t think @gregashman.bsky.social and I are at polar opposites in our thinking - I’m in favour of curriculum booklets or other centralised resources, IF they have been co-created and allow for the ‘intellectual preparation’ @didau.bsky.social describes.
Show PostIn our Trust we align around co-constructed curriculum principles & protect time weekly for teachers to collaborate, plan & resource.We’ve removed appraisal & PRP,& are introducing a professional learning & improvement model,which engages teachers in cycles of inquiry to develop reflective practice.
