Here is a simple customer service difference: #Evri throw package out in open on ground and leave gate open to have package stolen. #RoyalMail package delivered safely to neighbour, postie drives past see's me arriving home and apologises, using my name, for missing me earlier.

Still waiting for a cd to arrive too. Estimated delivery was 13 Feb, via Royal Mail. But as we've had no post since 10 Feb it's now a week late. #RoyalMail

#royalmail cannot move my parcel the 3 miles from its District Office to my house because one digit is wrong in the postcode. All other details of the address are correct-house, street, village, city, country. The entire AI tracking system is useless and there's nobody to talk to. Twats.
