i do get what you mean, although i dont personally count mine by scars, i just remember the last event that caused me to relapse badly and i remember doing it once or twice more after but in the same year

nah i dont think it counts unless you begin to seek it out! like if i were to repeatedly do and undo my nails just so i can keep UV lighting em, itd be a problem but ive had these for weeks now, only redid one cuz it came off hence why i mentioned it today
