I don't know the background on this whole situation but if he's legit being robbed by a shit lawyer he definitely should call someone who can help get that sorted out. if it's his sister, then he should call her. and if he's not listening to doctors, then I'm just really sad for him.

I’m not a lawyer and can’t help with anyone getting ripped off. Metal ion testing of blood on a regular schedule should be done but using antibiotics when not indicated is probably doing more harm than good
