I think there's a much larger discussion that could be had on the topic of art, which probably deserves its own discussion vid. That being said I really appreciated hearing Shawn's discussion re. the challenges that can emerge from a poorly managed art/layout/design workflow.

This is a recent response to a point I made in an interview, talking about how there's this sense online that RPGs should not be fun for the GM. They should be rewarding. And that if an RPG becomes sufficiently fun? Then it's really a board game or a video game in disguise.
