We (well, mostly @vuthuhien176.bsky.social!) have developed an experimental system to study the spread of AMR via HGT! We have made a 3-strain microbial community with fluorescent markers, and we used the Chi.Bio culturing system to track its composition in real time. www.biorxiv.org/content/10.6...
