Turns out fancy “non toxic” pans are….toxic. There’s no legal definition of “non toxic” so it’s easy to get duped. Why is the onus on us who cook to navigate all these claims & health impacts instead of just outlawing cookware that has carcinogens and neurotoxins? Get that toxic shit off the market.

For fun today I showed my kids the famous 1999 selective attention test & anyway, it unexpectedly appears to have deeply disturbed my 4yo. Because he missed the gorilla on the first viewing, he is now terrified that a gorilla may appear out of nowhere at any time. Took an hour to get him to sleep.
