Is there another platform aside from the obvious one that would garner more engagement? Because I think there is a moral obligation for an organization of international scientists to keep a presence outside of that one for a variety of reasons.

I think the main difference between here and the other platform, is that here you don't have a fake view counter associated with bots designed to make believe shareholders that the thing has some value. If genuine human interaction is rare, then it becomes invaluable 😉
