Walk 45 tomorrow (15/10/24) out on Portgate to Heavenfield section of Hadrian's Wall Path National Trail. Raking flat mole hills to protect the archaeology/grass sward and litter picking will be the main jobs for the walk. Coming to the end of the 2024 walking season will I meet anyone on the Trail?
