We live in a capitalistic hellscape. Everyone is replaceable, and agencies will move on without you. That said, if you as a manager take my resignation and then look me in the eyes and tell me you don’t care why I’m leaving, we’ve got a management problem.

pro tip: don’t date someone who deactivates frequently and for long periods of time or you could get into a relationship with them and then they’ll disappear and erase every trace of you so when they come back no one really questions it but you still look insane and kinda pitiful to everyone

Day 1 of my solo travel: flew to Chicago and ended up having to take a Lyft to the hotel. My driver was a great guy who loves hockey (like me) and music. He gave me a ton of great suggestions for food and activities. Heading out on the town now to find food and go to the aquarium. 😌
