I usually get a sore arm. A small price to pay for NOT getting one of these diseases. My lungs won't survive a bad flu or Covid, so I take this simple precaution.

I'm having surgery at Chester County Hospital/Penn in a few weeks, so I just got MMR, covid (Nuvaxovid), and my pneumonia shots today. Gonna get my flu shot next week. No freakin' way I'm going to a hospital without protecting myself and others.
