Raptors falling to 9 puts them squarely in CMB territory. Incredible defender with plus positional passing, and processes the game at a high level.

🚨 Raptors Draft Talk 🚨 CMBs could be that dude—6’7”, 7’ wingspan, 230lbs, and a defensive beast. He averaged 16.8/8.3/2.4 this past year while playing small-ball center. He’s smart, knows his role, and plays within it. Do the Raptors have time to develop a high-upside project like CMB? 🤔

More CMB on the Raptors: "I’m super excited. I know how passionate the fans are, how diverse the city of Toronto is. To see that and to be around that environment on a daily basis is something that is going to make me a better player overall. That environment is amazing, the city is great"

CMB: "Everybody talks about the shot, but that's something I've been fine-tuning for the last few months. I'm confident with it right now."

I've marinated on it. And I'll grow on the pick for one specific reason. CMB and Scottie on defense will be absolute hell for teams.
