Why do open science jobs fall into one of: 1. Part time position 2. Fixed term contract, often very short (1yr) 3. Underpaid or generally poor salary 4. Require you to be a US citizen/right to work in the US Where are the decent OS jobs? Worse still the advocacy roles have completely vanished
